What must be enabled for Autodiscover to work? Print

All of the following must be true:

Mail autodiscover is enabled
SSL certificate is installed for the mail domain
DNS SRV records exist (if DNS is not managed in Plesk)

Required SRV records:

Type	Service	Protocol	Port
SRV	_smtps	tcp	465
SRV	_imaps	tcp	993
SRV	_pop3s	tcp	995

If any of these are missing, auto-configuration may fail.
