Outlook version compatibility

Autodiscover works only with Outlook 2016 and earlier

Newer Outlook versions use Microsoft proxy servers that are not compatible with Plesk autodiscover.

Outlook 2016 automatic setup

1. Open Outlook 2016
2. Go to File → Add Account
3. Enter:
   • Your name
   • Email address
   • Password
4. Click Next
5. Wait for setup to complete
6. Click Finish

Outlook 2019 / 2021 / Microsoft 365
