How to View and Pay Invoices

All billing activity is managed through the client area.

How to View Your Invoices

  • Log in to the client area
  • Go to Billing
  • Select My Invoices
  • Click any invoice to view details

Invoice Status Meanings

  • Unpaid means payment is required
  • Paid means the invoice is settled
  • Cancelled means the invoice is no longer valid
  • Refunded means payment was reversed

How to Pay an Invoice

  • Open the unpaid invoice
  • Select an available payment method
  • Complete payment securely

Payments are processed in real time unless otherwise noted.

If an Invoice Shows Paid but Service Is Not Active

  • Log out and log back in
  • Refresh the service page
  • Wait a few minutes for synchronization
