How to Cancel a Service
- Log in to the client area
- Go to Services
- Select the service
- Request cancellation
Immediate vs End-of-Cycle Cancellation
- Immediate cancels the service right away
- End-of-cycle keeps service active until renewal date
Refund Eligibility
- Hosting services may have a refund window
- Domains are non-refundable
- Add-ons are usually non-refundable
Refund terms are defined in the refund policy.
Account Closure
- All services must be cancelled
- Outstanding invoices must be resolved
- Data may be permanently removed
